No more bottle...

Thursday was actually day three of Eli not having a bottle anymore. It is so bitter sweet to have Eli growing up so fast, he is almost 17 months! I love to hold him and feed him and just cuddle him, I did the same thing with Max. I just love to hold my boys, and cuddle them. Eli has not shown any interest in wanting a bottle, however, I have sensed he is seeking the comfort he misses from the bottle and has been more cuddly than he usually is....and that's okay with me! I know our goals as parents are to raise our kids up strong, independent, smart, spiritual, and prepare them for the world. It just seems it goes too fast and I find myself struggling to want to let that happen....but it happens whether we want it to or not. I am just glad I get to be their Mom, and even though I am far from perfect....I deeply love my boys!
