The Lorax would not be happy with us! We had this huge tree cut down next to our house. It was leaning toward the house and was blocking our view of the mountains, so it had to come down. This picture is of "Bob" and the notorious tree. We met Bob through our ward and he cuts down trees and sells firewood for a living. He is a really nice guy, but worked a little too fast for me. I wanted to video the tree being cut and falling, but I couldn't get the video camera going fast enough. So now we have more firewood for the winter along with the tree that fell in our yard in June. We still plan to cut more down so we can get down to the river, but our main goal is to get things air tight and ready for winter. I am almost done with the final touches of the boys room, then I will show before and after pictures. It is so fun to see the transformations happen on this little old house.
